The owner also called me to make sure everything was communicated well and to correct the error. They sent Jessica over the next day and she did a phenomenal job! She was kind, easy to work with, and went above and beyond making sure the space was clean for the next tenant. The accountability, dedication to make sure the services were done correctly, and easy communication along the way were impressive. I'm very pleased with the final outcome!"
