The first cleaners that came didn't do a great job, and Trisha listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The owner also called me to make sure everything was communicated well and to correct the error. They sent Jessica over the next day and she did a phenomenal job! She was kind, easy to work with, and went above and beyond making sure the space was clean for the next tenant.
