I love this place and it did not disappoint! This was my first time ever booking a cleaning. I had the pleasure of having Taylor come to my home. Not only is she professional, but she is very detailed and kind. She was interacting with my children and getting the job done as thorough as possible. I adore her! The staff at Magic Castle addressed all of my questions when I was booking and Taylor was able to get all of my toddlers "art" off the wall. I would definitely book again and I highly recommend TAYLOR!

I used magic castle cleaning to assist with some bathroom cleaning because I am 7 months pregnant, they did not disappoint. Taylor communicated with me in her arrival, was on time and took her shoes off without me asking to come in my home. She deep cleaned my bathrooms in a timely manor and left them sparkly, clean and smelling amazing! I also had taylor clean my oven which was perfect! It no longer smells like burning pizza when I cook! Definitely recommend- booking process was easy and amazing customer service.

Magic Castle Cleaning was hired to clean white Plantation Shutters post construction. Not an easy job and was underestimated by the time and effort it took to complete. These are the situations you really get to know the character of a company. They could have easily put in the quoted time and left the job unfinished. However, the owners graciously picked up the slack and we were able to work together on a new price and estimate to complete the job. They even gave me a complimentary 4 hours of cleaning to soften the blow. The commitment to do the job well and to completion is a priority of this company. I really respect and appreciate that mentality. I would work with them again.

Kendra with Magic Castle did a deep clean in my apartment. I’m getting a new roommate and wanted my place to feel like new. Kendra texted me to let me know she was on her way and then I showed her my apartment. She cleaned my refrigerator and stove. She got rid of the grime in the bathroom. And made the living room look nice too. Everything looks really nice and I can’t wait to have my new roommate see the place.
My daughter was getting a new roommate so we really wanted the common areas thoroughly cleaned. Including the fridge and oven/stove top and the bathroom. We scheduled a deep cleaning with Kendra. She was very good and communicated with my daughter as well as contacted me (I’m out of town). Also the landlord swung by and asked if she could clean the roommate’s room too. I would definitely use their services again: I’m actually weighing in on having Magic Castle clean the girls’ home monthly.

I have really enjoyed working with magic castle cleaning. I am in school and work full time so I have scheduled a cleaning during finals weeks. It has been so helpful to have them come and do a thorough cleaning so I don’t have to stress about it. She has done an amazing clean of my whole house. I have a lot of plants and she wipes under all of them. She also makes my air fryer shine and I love that. I highly recommend them. They are responsive and kind and I am looking forward to my next clean!
I was able to get my <1000 sq. ft apartment cleaned for a really decent rate and was satisfied with the results. The cleaner did an extra good job on the shower tile. The booking process was a breeze as well. I’ll definitely have them back for another round here soon!

We had the best experience. Communication was the best communication I’ve ever experienced with a company. I had questions about some spots on my carpet where it kinda dipped and didn’t get cleaned with the regular machine and they came back and treated it with a different tool. My carpets look and feel amazing. The two different people we got to meet from the company were not only professional but they were so kind. The cleaning job was thorough and it didn’t take long for the carpets to dry which is going to help my carpets stay clean longer. I swear they had to empty the dirty water at least 15 times and I don’t have that much carpet! I would recommend them for so many reasons!

Magic Castle Cleaning is 10 out of 10! I had them help with kitchen cabinets that needed to be de-greased and an oven that was a mess and they have never looked so clean! They also cleaned my dining and living rooms and were so detail oriented and made sure that they addressed everything I needed. I have a family member with asthma and they even brought green products to make sure health needs were considered, which I really appreciated! They were efficient, professional, and my house looks and smells so clean! I definitely recommend Magic Castle Cleaning!
