How do I book a clean with Magic Castle Cleaning?
Request a date through this page or call (801) 618-2548. We confirm the booking by phone or email, usually the same day, along with the price and roughly how long the clean will take. Nothing is charged until the job is confirmed.
How far in advance should I book?
We can often fit a clean in the same week. Move-out cleans and post-construction jobs on a deadline are worth booking a week or two ahead, especially at the end of a month when leases turn over.
Do I need to be home, and do I need to supply anything?
No supplies needed, our crews bring their own. As for being home, we ask that you're available at the start so we can walk through what's being cleaned, and for a final walkthrough afterward on first-time and one-time visits (standard, deep, move-out and post-construction cleans) so our cleaners can confirm everything meets your expectations before they leave. For recurring service, we only ask that you're home for the first visit; after that, most clients arrange access and go about their day. If you have pets, allergies or a surface that needs a specific product, tell us and we will use what you prefer.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms — dusting, vacuuming, mopping and surfaces. A deep clean adds everything routine cleaning skips: baseboards, inside appliances, cabinet fronts and fixtures. Most first visits are a deep clean, then recurring visits keep it there.
What if I need to change or cancel a booking?
Call or email as early as you can and we will move it. We are a small local team scheduling a fixed number of jobs a day, so early notice is what lets us give your slot to someone else and find you a new one quickly.
