Inside and outside of appliances, including the oven and microwave. Stovetop, range hood, cabinet fronts, countertops, sink scrubbed and sanitized, backsplash wiped down. We clean the areas behind and around appliances that normally get ignored.

Full scrub of tubs, showers, and tile grout. Toilets sanitized top to bottom — including behind the base. Mirrors, vanities, fixtures, and floors mopped. We address soap scum and mineral deposits that a regular clean won't touch.

All surfaces dusted including baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and window sills. Furniture wiped down, vacuuming under and behind furniture where possible, inside windows cleaned. Nothing is just pushed aside.

It's not a checklist we rush through; it's the complete version of cleaning your home.
What does a full house deep clean include?
Every room gets attention from top to bottom. Surfaces are dusted, fixtures are wiped down, floors are vacuumed and mopped. Kitchens and bathrooms receive the deepest work — scrubbing, sanitizing, and addressing buildup that's accumulated over time. We also clean inside windows and handle baseboards throughout. Carpet cleaning is available as an add-on if needed. We don't do rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or mattress cleaning — those are separate specialties.
What is the 5-5-5 rule for cleaning?
The 5-5-5 rule is a home maintenance approach where you spend 5 minutes cleaning 5 areas, 5 days a week to prevent buildup. It's a reasonable habit for maintaining a home between professional visits. It won't replace a deep clean — surface-level daily maintenance doesn't reach grout lines, baseboards, or the inside of appliances. If you've been doing regular upkeep but it's been more than 3 to 6 months since a thorough clean, a deep clean is still the right call.
How long does a deep cleaning take compared to a standard clean?
A standard cleaning on a maintained home might take 1.5 to 2.5 hours. A deep clean on the same home will typically run 3 to 6 hours, sometimes more depending on condition. It's a different scope of work — not just more time, but more steps per room. Homes with heavy pet traffic, significant buildup in bathrooms, or kitchens that haven't been addressed in a long time will fall toward the longer end of that range.
Do I need to be home during the deep clean?
No. Most clients aren't home, and our cleaners are used to working independently. All of our cleaners have passed rigorous background checks, so you're not letting a stranger into your home unsupervised — you're letting in a vetted professional. If you'd prefer to be there, that's completely fine too. Either way, it helps to declutter surfaces and put away important documents or valuables before we arrive so we can focus entirely on cleaning.

How long does a deep cleaning typically take?
Most deep cleans run 3 to 6 hours. Smaller, well-maintained homes fall toward the lower end. Larger homes, or those with heavy pet traffic, significant kitchen buildup, or bathrooms that haven't been scrubbed in a while, will take longer. We don't rush to hit a time target. When we give you an estimate, we factor in what you've told us about the home's size and condition so there are no surprises on the day.
Do I need to prepare my home before a deep cleaning visit?
A little goes a long way. Declutter surfaces so we can clean them rather than move things around them. Put away important documents, medications, and valuables. That's really it. You don't need to pre-clean anything — that's our job. If you have pets that get anxious around strangers, it helps to have a plan for them. We use products that are safe for pets, but some animals are more comfortable in another room during the clean.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the deep clean?
