It does not include inside ovens, inside refrigerators, or baseboard scrubbing — those fall under our deep cleaning service. If you have a specific request, we can usually accommodate it.
What should be cleaned biweekly?
Biweekly cleaning covers every room in the house on each visit — not alternating rooms. Bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, floors, and high-touch areas all get done every two weeks. High-traffic homes with kids or pets benefit most from biweekly cadence because dust and grime accumulate faster. If you have a larger home or more foot traffic, weekly is worth considering. Monthly is fine for people whose homes stay fairly maintained and who just want a thorough reset.
Do your recurring cleaning clients need to be home during the visit?
No. Most of our recurring clients give us a key or a door code and go about their day. We're fully insured to $2,000,000 and every cleaner is background checked, so you're not letting in a stranger — you're letting in a vetted professional. If you prefer to be home the first visit to walk through expectations, that's completely fine too.
What's the difference between a recurring standard clean and a deep clean?
A deep clean is a one-time intensive service — inside ovens, inside cabinets, baseboards scrubbed, areas that haven't been touched in months. A standard recurring clean maintains a home that's already in reasonable shape. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned recently, we'll often recommend starting with a deep clean and then moving to a recurring schedule. That way every subsequent visit is actual maintenance rather than catch-up.
Can I reschedule or skip a recurring visit without a penalty?
Yes, with 24 hours notice there's no penalty. We understand schedules change. Just contact us before the day of your appointment and we'll find a time that works. We don't lock clients into rigid contracts — if the schedule stops working for you, we'll adjust it.
