A thorough move-out clean typically runs 4 to 8 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. A studio apartment that was kept tidy is a different job than a four-bedroom that hasn't had a deep clean in two years. What drives cost is square footage, the number of bathrooms, appliance condition, and how long it's been since the last thorough cleaning. Oven interior, stovetop, refrigerator inside and out, microwave, dishwasher door seal, cabinet interiors and exteriors, countertops, backsplash, and sink. These are the spots that kill deposits.

Bathrooms — Fixtures and Tile
Toilet bowl, tank, and base. Tub, shower walls, and grout lines. Vanity, mirror, and all fixtures. We get into the corners that a standard wipe-down misses.

Vacuuming and mopping all floors. Baseboards, window sills, light switches, door frames, and ceiling fan blades. Dusting throughout including vents and blinds.

End-of-month slots fill fast in Salt Lake County. The further out you book, the more flexibility you have on timing. We're available Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm, and weekends too.

You don't need to be there. Arrange access and we handle the rest. If anything isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll resolve it promptly.

What's the difference between a move-out clean and a standard cleaning?
A move-out clean is a full-property detail — cabinet interiors, appliance interiors, baseboard scrubbing, closet shelving, all of it. A standard recurring clean maintains a home that's already in good shape. If a property has been lived in for months or years without a deep clean, a standard visit won't cut it for a landlord inspection. This is a different scope of work, and we price it accordingly.
Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?
Yes, both. Oven interior and racks, refrigerator shelves and drawers inside and out. These two appliances are the most commonly flagged items on move-out inspection reports. We don't skip them. If your fridge has a water/ice dispenser, we clean that too.
How far in advance should I book a move-out cleaning?
At least one week, ideally two. End-of-month dates fill up across Salt Lake County because that's when most leases turn over. If your move-out date is the 28th through 31st of any month, book early. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, but we can't guarantee availability. Call (801) 618-2548 to check.
Can you clean the property if I've already moved all my furniture out?
An empty property is actually ideal for a move-out clean. No furniture means full access to floors, baseboards, and walls. We can clean around remaining furniture too if needed, but vacant units get the most thorough result. Just make sure access is arranged before your appointment.
What if the property has carpet — do you include carpet cleaning?
Carpet cleaning is available as an add-on to your move-out service. It's not included by default because not every property needs it — some carpets are in good shape and only need a thorough vacuum. If your carpets need a deeper clean, let us know when you call and we'll factor that into your quote.
What does the 24-hour satisfaction policy actually cover?
If you or your landlord identifies something we missed, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We'll come back and take care of it. This isn't a workaround — we stand behind the work. We don't offer refunds in lieu of a return visit, but we do make it right. Issues reported after 24 hours are harder to attribute to our visit, which is why the window exists.
